For audio you can upload more than 2GB and we will try to compress it, for video we will extract the audio from it and compress it!
Unused credits will expire when your subscription ends or reset upon renewal.
You will receive an email reminder before your subscription is charged. If a payment has already been processed and you determine that the service is no longer needed—provided that no credits have been used—you may contact us via email. We will issue a full refund for the current billing cycle.
